The staff were very helpful and friendly. They entertained all my requests and made good recommendations on tours and itineraries. I was impressed by their supreme services. They can even order birthday cake for me. I booked 2 deluxe apartments but they upgraded me to two duplex apartments. I think the size was double than the one I booked. The apartment is fairly new and well maintained. Housekeeping service is efficient. It is very good value for money.
Things to be improved are: (1) food quality for dinner. The Hainan Chicken with rice could be very different one day to another day. (2) Quilts for summer should be provided during summer season. The quilt was thick, I need to turn the air cond high. (3) The shower runs very slow. May be the water pressure is relatively low on top floor.

The apartment is really big and the staff is very friendly.
1 - The location is not good. 2 - At the check-out we were charged with a broken glass that we never broke, the reason is that we were given the list of the apartment stuff but nobody checked that together with us, so we had to pay for a glass we never broken.
